Services & Projects

Down Syndrome NSW offers a number of services to members of the community. Our Parent Support Team provide ongoing support for families of people with Down syndrome. They also organise regular workshops and seminars to inform families and the wider community of current developments across a wide range of topics.
Down Syndrome NSW also publishes a number of periodicals which provide regular news and updates, collects quality information which will remain available on this website and has an extensive library on all aspects of Down syndrome. You can receive our publications and gain access to our library by becoming a member of Down Syndrome NSW.
We also run Up!Club, a peer support group for people with Down syndrome, as well as the Up Up Toastmasters group which seeks to encourage people with Down syndrome to participate in and learn about public speaking.
